She helped negotiate our offers and counter offers in a very professional manner. She helped us obtain HVAC & home painting estimates. She found us a person to clean our new home & clean the carpets before we moved in. Terri even met with our HVAC contractor & let them in to install a new system along with a hot water heater also before we moved our stuff into the house. She was always on time.
